About Me

I was born into a pastors family. I say Pastor’s family even though we were missionaries to Germany at the time. Even thought we were in another country, it was still a pastors family. I was saved in between the ages of 4-6. I don’t remember exactly when it happened but I do know what happened. I was riding back from the gym with my brother and my dad when I asked my dad what it meant to be saved. We talked about it and later that night at the kitchen table I gave my life to the Lord knowing that I was a sinner and that He died to save me from my sins. I grew up knowing the Lord and being surrounded by God’s word, yet I was always being distracted by the things of this world. Even though I know that God has saved me I, like everyone else, still struggle with sin. I know that God has saved me and He is my Saviour!

I graduated from BJU in the fall semester of ’08. This summer I’m Team Leading at Northland Camp. In the fall I start Grad school at NIU and am pursuing a Masters in Counseling. I’ll be a GA holding the position of Assistant Dorm Counselor.

I am dating a beautiful girl by the name of Brittany Illsley! We’ve known each other for a long time, but have been dating since Nov 20 ’08. (I think that’s right… She could tell you the correct date if it’s wrong, but it’s close to then… also just ask her about the story)
